I've been writing about the trend for a while now, but I mentioned more recently in my Spring Wish List how I've been on the hunt for an off the shoulder top. I specifically pointed out the top from H&M, which I did end up buying, but upon further trying on at home, I realized that the straps were just too long for my short upper body, and because of the stiff fabric of the shirt, it didn't sit very well or flatter me much at all. (That being said, I have seen it on other ladies and it looks amazing). In the end, I decided to return it.
I had almost given up hope of finding a suitable, stylish, and affordable off the shoulder top when I was browsing in Old Navy and found this one that was more of a t-shirt fabric, so it laid nicely over my torso, but also had adjustable straps so I didn't have to worry about #shortgirlproblems. It also had a few extra embroidery details on the sleeves and hem that I loved. I tried on the top and knew I had to have it, and I loved it so much that I bought it in black too! Paired with my new favourite saddle bag (I picked it up in pink as well, to fulfill another wish on my list), jeans and sandals, this is a perfect go-to casual boho look for spring.
